– Regular full ongoing consultations in person, on the phone or online (via WhatsApp) up to 18 months in advance.
– Wedding planning and styling with fresh design concepts.
– Colour palette guidance.
– Customised menu selection and tastings.
– Wedding vendor guidance and selection based on your style, personality, venue and budget.
– Creation of customised wedding budget.
– Review, negotiate and facilitate vendor contracts and payments on your behalf.
– Event design of overall décor scheme.
– Design of all additional extras including customised prop & set design.
– Schedule hair, makeup and spa services.
– Detailed planning with all vendors to ensure all aspects of your wedding day will flow seamlessly.
– Creation of a detailed itinerary for your wedding day.
– Timeline distribution to all vendors prior to the wedding.
– Final vendor confirmations.
– Oversee and manage wedding day installation & pack down.
– Rehearsal coordination and direction.
– Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot on your wedding day.
