Next up it’s the adventurers occupying Singapore, Christina & Allan.
With Christina being from the US and Allan Scotland, the ingredients were set for an event with thrills, spills and spectacles and an international guest list making the long distance travel to share what was to be an amazing day.
Christina and Allan are based out of Singapore for work so it was only natural that they spent a lot of their free time exploring Asia. Eventually it brought them to magical Bali, where they decided the island would be the ideal location for their special day.
They visited us on numerous occasions to thoroughly plan the day. Christina was very creative and put a lot of effort into tailoring the day to represent what they’re all about. Allan was equally as creative with some really fresh and stylish hand made signs and a unique guest book. They added lots of little touches that represented their travels and adventures together.
For the event location, they chose the beautiful Ungasan Clifftop Resort and decided on two villas, Pawana and Ambar. Pawana was chosen for the ceremony, canapés and cocktails due to its majestic aisle walk with draping bougainvillea and Ambar being the preferred choice for the reception and party as it offers plenty of space for dining and an ideal spot for the dance floor.
The day itself was fun to be part of. There were lots of highly enjoyable moments combining different cultures, smiles, laughter, emotion and all out good fun (including a duet best man speech which was very unique and entertaining – thumbs up gents).
Christina and Allan you were a lot of fun and we thank you for putting your trust in us. From the Silver Lace team, we wish you all the happiness and success for the future in whichever way or country it takes you.

Our latest post is about Andrea & Taylor, the fantastic couple who came to get married in Bali all the way from the mile high city, Denver, Colorado!
Andrea & Taylor got in touch with us only two weeks before their special day. Due to unfortunate circumstances their original planner wasn’t able to continue with them.
With the hardwork and dedication of the Silver Lace team we managed to get their once in a lifetime event back on track and give them exactly what they had anticipated from the first moment they sat down to plan their special day. For us it was a great feeling seeing the pure emotion on their faces from the aisle walk, their vows and the all important first dance.
This particular wedding is one I will never forget, not only for the last minute arrangements, but more importantly the lovely people we had met in the couple and their guests.
We are very grateful to all the vendors who also performed magnificently on the day – some of which i have never worked with before. So a big thank you to everyone involved.
